Jaromír Kohlíček is a Czech politician and a former MEP (2004-2014, 2016-2019). He was a Member of the Parliament of the Czech Republic from 1998 to 2004. Jaromír Kohlíček consistently called for the lifting of the “anti-Russian” sanctions and took part and was part of the politically biased observation mission at the 2018 regional elections in Russia. In March 2017, he visited Syria together with Agramunt and Slutsky to meet Russia-backed Syrian leader Assad.
