Elie Hatem is a Franco-Lebanese lawyer and politician. He is the director of the United Nationals Democratic Alliance (UNDA) overseeing its dealings with France. He is a member of the Steering Committee of Action Française (French Action). Hatem was an advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Boutros Boutros-Ghali during the 1990s. He is close to the Le Pen family, more specifically to Jean-Marie Le Pen. Hatem is also an affiliated expert of Kochetkov’s Public Diplomacy project. He teaches law and international relations at the Free Faculty of Law, Economics and Management in Paris.
