Retired Major General of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro Božidar Delić is a member of the Serbian Radical Party. He was elected Vice President of the Serbian Parliament in May 2007. After the split in the Serbian Radical Party in 2008 he sided with the Serbian Progressive Party , founded by Tomislav Nikolic. Due to disagreement with the party's policy, he left the Progressives in 2011 and returned to the SRS.

Сегодня я был на нескольких избирательных участках, на одном из них мы наблюдали электронное голосование, нам отвечали на все вопросы. Эксперимент абсолютно удался. Что оставило большое впечатление, так это эксперты. Они объяснили и показали, что это доступные технологии.

Мы были на двух выборных участках, классических, где все как надо, все по закону. Нам интересно, как проходит проект электронного голосования, наша страна тоже заинтересована в таком проекте.

On the single voting day on 8 September 2019, Russia elected governors in 19 federal subjects and members of legislative bodies in 13 federal subjects. In July 2019, the Moscow City Election Commission (MCEC) refused to register the overwhelming majority of independent opposition candidates for the elections to the Moscow City Duma. This provoked mass protests in Moscow and undermined the legitimacy of the elections.
