Gilbert Collard is a French writer, barrister and a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. Since 2012 he serves as the Secretary-General of the Rassemblement bleu Marine (RBM), a right-wing political association and think-tank supporting Marine Le Pen.

As a member of the National Rally / Rassemblement National (former National Front) until 2022, he was a member of the French National Assembly from 2012 to 2019. Gilbert Collard joined the National Rally in 2018 and left it in January 2022 for Éric Zemmour's Reconquête party.
